Candy Canon: Ball Sort Puzzle is an iPhone and iPad puzzle game from Metasoftco. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, visit this website, make a purchase, or contact us. The app and this website have different data flows, described below.
Information & how it is used
On your device
The game saves progress, in-game balances, settings and purchase-entitlement information locally so you can continue playing and keep your preferences.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage the Remove Ads entitlement and restore eligible purchases. This involves app user identifiers, product and transaction information, purchase status and technical device information. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Advertising
The app integrates Google AdMob for advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Advertising services may process IP addresses, device and app information, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions and consent signals to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, applicable requirements and your choices.
Optional play analytics
Firebase Analytics collection is disabled by default in the game. If you enable Share play analytics, the game can send events such as level completion, booster use, shop activity, purchases and ad performance, together with app-instance and technical information. Where enabled, the Firebase app-instance identifier can be associated with RevenueCat purchase information to understand the game's performance.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, investigate the issue and keep an appropriate record of our correspondence. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details.
Your choices
Your little workshop. Your choices. Optional play analytics can be changed in the game's Settings.
- Play analytics: turn Share play analytics on or off in Settings. Turning it off stops new optional analytics collection and triggers a reset of the app's local analytics data; it does not automatically erase information already held by providers.
- Advertising: use Ad privacy choices in Settings when the ad service makes this control available. You can also manage applicable permissions in iOS settings.
- Remove Ads: this purchase removes automatic banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available only when you choose to watch them. Removing automatic ads does not by itself disable optional play analytics.
- Local progress: removing the app can remove locally stored progress. Uninstalling does not automatically delete transaction records or information retained by service providers.

Information may also be disclosed where needed to comply with law, protect users and the service, or manage a lawful business transfer. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
This website
This website does not include advertising SDKs, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, accounts or sign-up forms. Fonts and images are served from this site. The site itself does not set cookies or store visitor identifiers in your browser. A hosting provider may process ordinary request data, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect the website. Links to Apple or other websites are subject to those services' own privacy practices.
Keeping information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing support, managing purchases, preventing misuse and meeting legal obligations. Local game information remains on your device until removed or overwritten. Purchase records and provider-held information may remain after the app is uninstalled, subject to applicable obligations and provider retention arrangements.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in support messages unless it is needed to resolve your request.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant records. Deleting data does not necessarily remove records that must be kept by law or cancel purchases managed by Apple.
Children & families
Parents and guardians should review the App Store age rating, device permissions and purchase controls before allowing a child to play. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
