These terms describe your use of Candy Canon: Ball Sort Puzzle and this website, provided by Metasoftco. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game and website. Parents and guardians should supervise use and purchases where appropriate.
Playing the game
Candy Canon: Ball Sort Puzzle is a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. You may use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms, applicable law and the App Store terms that apply to your download.
The license supplied with the App Store download governs your use of the app. Where no custom license is provided, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These website terms do not override rights you have under that license or consumer law.
Purchases & Remove Ads
The game may offer optional in-app purchases. Apple processes payments; the price and item details shown in the App Store purchase sheet apply. You do not make purchases on this website.
Remove Ads keeps its promise. It removes automatic banner and interstitial ads. You can still choose to watch a rewarded ad.
Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase rather than a subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored using the game's Restore Purchases control with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, subject to App Store rules.
Refund eligibility and processing are managed by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights. You can review Apple's refund instructions. A refund or revocation can affect the associated in-game entitlement. For purchase issues, contact us at [email protected].
Advertising & optional rewards
The game may display ads. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch one in exchange for the reward shown in the game. Availability depends on factors such as connectivity, consent settings and ad inventory. A reward is granted when the ad service confirms the required completion; an interrupted or unavailable ad may not earn a reward.
Advertising privacy controls are described in our Privacy Policy. Buying Remove Ads does not turn off analytics you have separately chosen to share.
Your progress & virtual items
Progress, settings and in-game balances are stored locally. Deleting the app, changing devices or losing device data can affect that progress. Restoring an eligible purchase is separate from restoring local level progress. This website does not provide a cloud-save or account-sync service.
In-game coins, boosters and rewards are for use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money through this website.
Keep it playful
Please use the game and website lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, manipulate purchase or ad-reward systems, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the services to harm others. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and the relevant software licenses.
The game's branding, artwork, audio and other content belong to Metasoftco or their respective licensors. Downloading the game does not transfer ownership of those materials. Applicable open-source and third-party licenses remain in effect.
Updates & availability
We may update the game and website to add content, fix issues or adapt to platform requirements. Features, offers and third-party services can change. Some functions, such as purchase validation, restore and advertising, require an internet connection.
We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The applicable App Store license and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes local saves, purchases, advertising, optional play analytics and your available choices. A general acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate consent required for those activities.
